Showroom to close Wednesday 4th November at 17:30

Following the latest announcement by the government and the current coronavirus situation our showroom and office is now closed to the public, however we are still able to take orders and arrange deliveries for many of our ranges, for the time being email will be the best form of contact, please message us with any requirements or queries and we will come back to you as soon as we can

For any customers who have orders with us already, we will be in contact with you to discuss and make arrangements for delivery/collection.

Please note that the showroom will be closed on Saturday 29th, Sunday 30th and Monday 31st August, we will reopen on Tuesday 1st September at 08:30.

From Friday 24th July you will be required to wear a face mask or covering to enter the store, this is for everyone’s safety and your cooperation and understanding is appreciated

We are now open after the enforced shut down due to the Coronavirus pandemic however we have altered our opening times, please see below;

Monday Closed

Tuesday 08:30 – 17:30

Wednesday 08:30 – 17:30

Thursday 08:30 – 17:30

Friday 08:30 – 17:30

Saturday 08:30 -14:00

We will have a general walk in policy in place but to ensure the safety of both staff and customers we will be restricting the amount of customers in store to a maximum of three at a time.

When visiting we ask that you please come alone or as a couple as we may not be able to safely serve larger groups or families, we anticipate that there may be times when you will need to wait outside the store while we deal with the customers currently inside, please bear this in mind when planning your visit. Also please note that from Friday 24th July it will be a requirement to wear a face covering or mask whilst in store.

When looking at and purchasing tiles we understand that touching them is something that needs to be done,we will provide hand sanitiser for all customers to use as you enter the store, we encourage all to use it for everyone’s safety, in addition we ask that you please respect social distancing guidelines and keep a minimum of 2 metres apart from other customers and staff whilst in store.
