How soon can I get my tiles?

Most of our tiles are available to order and collect two or three working days later. A few specialist ranges are made to order and take longer to be delivered.  If you’re looking at these we will let you know what the lead times would be .

Do you deliver?

We don’t have a delivery service.  Most customers collect their tiles from our store, but alternative arrangements can be made for larger  purchases. We will discuss this with you when you place your order.

Do you have a fitting service?

We don’t have our own tile fitters, but we can recommend very experienced tradesmen to fit your tiles for you.

How do I work out how many tiles I need?

Tiles can generally be ordered in single units or in square metres. Once you have determined the size of the area to be tiled in square metres, you will need to add an extra amount to allow for breakages and cuts.  How much extra depends on the type of tiles you are using, but generally 5-10% will be sufficient. We are more than happy to assist customers with calculating quantities at the time of ordering.

Tiles are manufactured in batches which are prone to size and shade variation from one batch to another. Therefore, it is advisable to make sure you not only order enough tiles to complete your tiling, but also have a few spares in case they are required in future for any repairs or alterations, as tiles bought at a later date may not be an exact match.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by cash, Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Visa and Maestro debit cards, or bank transfer (B.A.C.S.). We can accept cheques but need around 10 days for cheque clearance before goods can be collected.
